I was initially a bit sceptical about booking after reading some mixed reviews, but I'm happy to say that my experience exceeded expectations. This hotel offers fantastic value for money, and I think some lower-rated reviews may stem from expecting a 5-star luxury experience at a very affordable price. For the average traveller, this hotel is perfect. It's directly across from a well-connected train station, making it easy to get around. Plus, it’s within walking distance to vibrant neighbourhoods filled with markets, shops, and dining options. The rooms are compact, but they’re on par with other hotels in Tokyo, and they make excellent use of space. Each room is well-equipped with amenities, from complimentary water and tea to toiletries like toothbrushes, razors, hairbands, and combs. Fresh towels and supplies are replenished daily, which I really appreciate. One of the highlights is the on-site onsen—a wonderful addition! The hotel even provides free tattoo cover-up stickers, making it accessible for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for comfort, convenience, and value without the luxury price tag.

This hotel is located in a great location, you can easily buy things at Family Mart, Tomod and Lawson with just a few steps. Opposite is the train station, I took train to everywhere with Google Maps directions. You can go to eat at Matsuya, highly recommend as it’s good, affordable and 24/7. The elevator is super fast, we don’t have to wait so long. The room is quite small but very convenient, it’s so clean that I thought no one used before. And the checkout takes just 1 sec, you just need to put the room card in the box near the reception if you don’t use any extra service (u paid for your booking when check in). Totally love this place.

The hotel staff was really nice and willing to help with any questions I had. They would provide new towels etc. pretty frequently. The rooms were small but seemed pretty decent for being in Tokyo. They also had TV's in the room that would display your booking info, what days they were coming to clean you room, and how busy the spa was. The subway was super close and there was a lot of convenience stores close by too.

Great value for money, located literally on a subway station so it's very convenient to go places, I had a single room which was tiny but perfect for a man of my size. Best breakfast out of the 3 star hotels I've been to, very versatile and actually had cheese which in Japan is kinda rare. Very close to great local restaurants and supermarkets. .

We loved the quiet neighborhood, the hotel is next to the station so it’s easy to get around the city. The room was also nice with a very nice view of the district. The staff was kind, especially one trainee who helped me find the earrings that I left in the bathroom before checkout!
